OrderAlerts (the “Shopify App”) is an application developed and licensed by Parkhya Solutions,  an an ISO 9001:2008 Certified and central India's leading IT Company that focuses on the areas that are critical to achieving maximum efficiency in IT environment utilization as well in E commerce platform.

The main feature of this app is that it will notify the specific staff member handling the particular department related to incoming order based on tags assigned to the order, so they can easily check their own orders they have to process and make out them for fast delivery. This Privacy Policy helps you understand how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you, as a Merchant, install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

By installing and using the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store you are accepting and consenting to the practices set out in this Privacy Policy.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will give you notice of such changes by posting the revised policy on this Website, and where appropriate, by other means. By continuing to use this Website or the Support Service after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

2.   Apps Collection Information

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Your store information data, Your Personal Data, Access to your Theme files, Access to add Shopify Script Tags to your Website,Creating and updating orders and sending email.

We use this information to give you access and provide you with our Services; for example, after any order updates by the admin department wise we are forwarding the orders email to your staff members according to the tag assigned. So we are accessing here the shopify store orders.

In certain cases, in order to solve technical issues, we might request access to some sections of your Shopify Admin. Also you can go through the FAQ's Section and from the app admin support section.

3.   How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
